Arnauld Delaby
General Manager

Arnauld Delaby joined Doux Group in 1989. In 2015 he was appointed Marketing and Sales Export Director and joined the Executive Committee in 2016.

Arnauld Delaby has a perfect grasp of Doux Group sales activities and of the company’s various brands, in particular the Père Dodu brand for which he was Europe Export Director from 2001 to 2005, and now the Doux brand for export.

Arnauld Delaby hold a master degree from “Sciences Po Strasbourg”.

Jean-Charles Doux
Board Member

The grandson of founder Pierre Doux and the son of Charles Doux, Jean-Charles Doux joined the Group in 1981. After dedicating several years to becoming familiar with the various Group businesses, he acquired unique expertise on all company functions (logistics, sales, marketing, industrial sites, production) and, in 1989, became the head of the industrial site for processed products in Germany.

Next, Jean-Charles Doux took on the responsibility of developing processed products in France, with the creation of the Quimper site in 1992 (15,000 tons and 350 employees). In 1998, he became Director of the SOPRAT site and was in charge of both production activities and supervision of the sales force.

Following the 1998 acquisition, he was entrusted with the development of industrial synergy and R&D for products processed between France and Brazil.

Jean-Charles Doux contributes his experience to several activities tied to products and quality, from hatchery to market, with the goal of continuing improvement in customer satisfaction and fulfilling brand commitments.

Because of his thorough knowledge of the poultry industry and perfect familiarity with the Doux Group, Jean-Charles Doux is currently in charge of market relationships (for embassies, clients, etc.) and interprofessional contacts, as well as for the development of activities and brands on new markets, all of which are strategic priorities for the future of the Group. He also guarantees product quality and is responsible for ensuring that the company meets the specific needs and quality requirements of its customers.


François Le Fort
Galliance Operations Manager (Terrena Poultry Division) - Board Member

After joining the Doux Group in 1987, François Le Fort spent his entire career with the company. He was soon given responsibility as the head of production when Doux fresh products were launched in 1989 and later headed the site at Bollène, followed by leadership of the Briec site. In 1995, he was named Director of the Châteaulin plant, where he remained until 2003.

That same year, he became head of the Doux Group Industrial Department and of the Purchasing Department in 2012. In 2014, he took charge of Operations and joined Doux Executive Committee.

In 2016, François Le Fort joins Terrena Poultry Division’s Executive Committee as Operations Director.

François Le Fort has a degree in biology, with a major in environmental engineering.

Christophe Gautier
Galliance Control and Treasury Manager (Terrena Poultry Division) - Board Member

Christophe Gautier has been Director of Management Control and Treasury since September 2014. He began his professional career in the automotive sector with the BMW-Rover France Group as a management controller.

In 2000, he joined the Doux Group to take over leadership of management control for the company. From 2009 to 2012, he went to Brazil, where he was responsible for management control of the Doux Frangosul subsidiary near Porto Alegre.

When he returned to France, he continued to work actively on Group competitiveness and growth as Director of Management Control.

Christophe Gautier is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d’Amiens business school and has a DECF degree in accounting and finance.

Pascal Le Floc’h
Upstream Manager

Pascal Le Floc’h is perfectly familiar with the Doux Group, where he spent his entire career after joining the company in 1987 as a poultry technician. Since that time, he has moved up within the company and was named Development Manager from 1991 to 2004, taking charge of prospection for the Group. He was Director of Production from 2004 to 2006 and supervised the Doux Elevage company.

He was then named Upstream Director for the Doux Group and continues to hold this position today.

Pascal le Floc’h studied agriculture in Brittany and at the La Touche Ploërmel Agricultural School and the CNAM Agrocampus in Rennes; he also holds a master’s degree in Management from the Brest Business School.

Luc Hennekinne
Human Resources Manager

Luc Hennekinne joined the Doux Group in 2013 as the Director of Human Resources. He has over thirty years of experience in human resources in the industrial sector, in particular within large groups like Total (nine years) and Danone (seven years).

From 2002 to 2012, he was Director of Human Resources for Still France and Kion France Services, two subsidiaries of Kion, the German group.

Luc Hennekinne is a graduate of University Paris X and holds a DESS degree from the Institute of Business Administration in Aix-en-Provence.

Thérèse Issolah
Sales and Marketing Manager

Thérèse Issolah has been rising through the ranks of the Groupe Doux for almost 20 years. In 2004 she joined the Exports department at the company headquarters in Châteaulin as a Sales Administration Manager, 8 years after joining the Group at the Quimper facility. In 2014 she was Sales Director for the Pôle Elaboré and the DROM COM Export Zones, and in 2016 Ms Issolah became our Commercial and Marketing Director and a member of the CODIR.

Thérèse Issolah holds a BTS degree in International Trade, obtained at the Likès institution in Quimper. Before joining the Group, she worked at the Société Générale banking group and spent 7 years as a scheduling and sales administration manager at Ferembal.

Pascal Kerdreux
Production Manager

Currently our Director of Production and a member of the CODIR since early 2016, Pascal Kerdreux has been a part of the Groupe Doux for no less than 30 years. He started out in 1987 as a factory manager in Briec de l’Odet, and his 25-year tenure as manager of the Plouray factory began in 1991. Owing to Mr Kerdreaux’s hard work, the factory went from strength to strength, obtaining IFS certification in 2010, followed by premium-level certification in 2013.

During this time, Mr Kerdreux was also able to fill lateral roles as replacement factory director at other Group facilities in Graincourt and Chantonnay.

Anne Raoul
Quality Manager

Anne Raoul has been the Group’s Quality Director since 2012. She took her first steps with the Group in 2008 as a Quality Manager at the Père Dodu Quimper site, now Doux FPP.

Ms Raoul has a rich and varied depth of experience in the food production industry. Having graduated with a degree in Food Industry Engineering from the ENSAIA at Nancy in 1990, Ms Raoul occupied a number of roles in management, quality assurance and R&D. As a result, she has amassed a vast depth of expertise across a range of food industry sectors, including salting, confectionary, deli products and, most recently, 8 years’ of experience in poultry production with Doux.

She joined the CODIR of the Export BU in April 2016.

Christophe Viel
Head of Management Control

Christophe Viel joined the Groupe Doux in 2009 as a Management Accountant for costing/pricing. This transitional role within the company allowed him to develop significant expertise in both the industrial and commercial side of the business.

He was named Management Accounting Director in September 2014, and Management Accounting Director for the Export BU in April 2015. He joined the CODIR in spring of the following year.

After gaining his degree from the ESCEM in Tours, with a specialisation in finance and management accounting, Christophe Viel earned his stripes working in a number of business sectors before joining the Groupe Huhtamaki in 2005, where he worked as a site management accountant for 4 years.
